REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

At Live the Word you buy with peace of mind. Here is how exchanges, returns and refunds work.

Deadline

Você tem 35 calendar days from delivery to request an exchange or return. By law (Brazilian Consumer Code, art. 49) the change-of-mind window for online purchases is 7 days — at Live the Word we extend it to 35.

Condition of the item

For an exchange or return to be accepted, the item must be:

• Unworn, unwashed and free of odours (perfume, smoke, etc.)
• With all tags still attached
• In the original packaging, in perfect condition
• Accompanied by the invoice

How to request

Talk to us pelo WhatsApp (button in the corner of the screen) or by email, giving the order number and the reason. Within 1 business day we send the instructions and, where applicable, the postage code.

Return shipping

Em an exchange for another size ou a change-of-mind return, return shipping is on the customer. In the case of a manufacturing defect, Live the Word pays the shipping (we send a free postage code).

Refund

Once we receive and check the item, the refund is issued to the same payment method: by Pix, within 5 business days; by card, through the issuer (it may appear across up to 2 statements). If you prefer, you can exchange it for another product or receive store credit.

Manufacturing defect

Found a defect? The window is 90 days and shipping is on us. Just get in touch and we sort it out quickly.
